Aluminium sword cane by Louis Naude
Hand crafted sword canes were a popular fashion accessory for the wealthy in the “good old days” during the 18th and 19th centuries. But it became socially unacceptable to carry a sword openly. However, there were still upper-class gentlemen, routinely trained in swordsmanship, who wished to go armed for self-defense. Swords concealed in ladies walking sticks and parasols were also not unusual.
Well, it seems that the “good old days” are here again and that every law abiding citizen needs to carry one of these on his person.
