ORDERING

How do I place a order?

Contact us via e-mail or phone to initiate the ordering process. We will respond to your e-mail within 24 hours.

Can I order by phone or email?

Yes. E-mail or phone us. Alternatively, complete the contact form on the “contact us” page and we will contact you.

Can I order if I do not live in South Africa?

Yes. We use DHL,  DSV or Coastal Courier for International door-to-door deliveries. Alternatively we can do International postage, depending clients preference.

Will you have stock of the items that I have ordered?

Most of the Items on our Website is 80% ready for delivery. Just awaiting your choice of handle material and additional customization requirements such as etching of images , logos or names on the blade.

When will I be charged for my order?

Single unit orders are invoiced after order has been confirmed. Payment is in advance. Orders bigger than ten units, are 50% payable on order confirmation and the balance prior to shipment.

 

PAYMENT

How do I pay?

Local Payments is by EFT.

International payments by SWIFT or PayPal.

Payment details will be reflected on the Invoice.

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

What delivery options is available?

For South African orders, we use the SA postal services or Courier door-to-door deliveries (Economy and Express services).

What areas do you deliver to in SA?

All main centres and nearby areas, accessible by road.

Do you deliver to countries outside SA?

Yes. We use DHL,  DSV or Coastal Courier for International door-to-door deliveries. Alternatively we can do International postage, depending clients preference.

What about delivery cost?

Delivery cost is calculated based on the size and weight of the parcel, distance and choice of delivery. Delivery cost will be reflected  on the initial Invoice and is payable in advance.
